Mixed Greens with Cranberries, Blue Cheese & Pecans

For potlucks and get-togethers, I am always asked to bring the salad. This is one of my favorites!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed field greens
  • 2 cups chopped hearts of romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions (white and green parts)
  • 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup pecan halves, toasted
  • 4-6 tablespoons Garden Herb Dipping Oil

In a large bowl, combine the field greens, romaine, onions, blue cheese, cranberries and pecans.

Pour the desired amount of Garden Herb Dipping Oil over the salad ingredients.

Toss to mix well.

Divide the salad among four chilled plates.
